Order Processing Time

  • Stock Items: Once an order is placed, it will undergo verification and processing before shipment. Our team strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Generally, stock items are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
  • Custom Orders: For any custom orders placed through our website the shipping and delivery dates will vary based on the dates of final approval. Orders will be ready within 5-6 weeks after the last date of final approval of any changes made. Additional changes made on a custom order after production has started will be subjected to approval. If approved the delivery dates will be altered based on the date of final change.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Merchandise will be shipped to our customers using FedEx or UPS. Shipping confirmation will be sent out to our customers once the order is dispatched with the delivery date and tracking information. We can be reached at 972-691-1786 for any questions/concerns regarding shipping.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays
